The Signature Treatment

The full Body Studio experience. Brazilian lymphatic drainage layered with somatic energy work, sound healing, red light therapy, a 20-minute face-focused drainage, and biomat far-infrared therapy — all performed on a single table, in a single seamless session. Designed to de-puff, sculpt, reset the nervous system, and clear what's ready to move. Includes an intro consultation, warm feet wrap, and aromatherapy.

Lymphatic Drainage

75 minutes

Full-body + face detox, de-puff, and sculpting using rhythmic medium-pressure Brazilian lymphatic drainage, performed on the biomat with far-infrared and red light therapy. Walk out light, snatched, and glowing. Best results in a series of three.

The Nervous System Reset

45 minutes

A gentle, non-invasive session rooted in ancient Japanese healing — releases energetic blockages, settles stress and fatigue, and restores clarity. Helps the body turn inward to turn on self healing. Ideal between Signature treatments or as a standalone reset. Subtle, yet profoundly noticeable effects lasting long after the session. Series of 3 is best for deeper and more impactful results, although one single session will be felt and effective.
